Dr. Joyce Onyekaba - Civil Surgeon, is a medically trained, licensed and experienced doctor practicing in the U.S. who is certified by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service. This doctor has received U.S. immigration-focused training in order to provide examinations as required by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention and the USCIS.

Dr. Nha Peter Nguyen - Family Practitioner, is originally from Viet Nam, a graduate of the University of Minnesota Medical School in 2004. Dr. Nguyen is a Board Certified Civil Surgeon and Family Doctor.  After his residency in Family practice he worked at the urgent care Center in Monticello Minnesota and with the Health Partners in Minneapolis. Dr. Nguyen joined Crown Medical in 2008 and he is in charge of Brooklyn Park Center.

Nina Bacaner, M.D; M.P.H; DTM & H - (Board Certified in Internal Medicine) received her Medical Degree from Boston University School of Medicine; a Masters Degree in Public Health from Harvard School of Public Health; and a Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Hygiene from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. She also holds a certification in Travelers Health from the International Society of Travel Medicine; and a certification in First Line Therapy, Nutrition, and Lifestyle Management.  Dr. Bacaner has worked at a primarily Latino community clinic in Boston, MA, and at the Community University Health Care Center in Minneapolis, MN. She was a faculty Member at Harvard Medical School, and is currently on the faculty of the University of Minnesota Medical School.  Dr. Bacaner has published articles on travel, tropical, and immigrant medicine. She is also passionate about integrative medicine, nutrition, and lifestyle balance. Crown Medical Center is pleased to have Dr. Bacaner join us with her wealth of experience.   

Caroline Stein, PA graduated from the University of Wisconsin PA Program. She gained extensive clinical practice experience in preceptor programs working at St. Paul Surgeons and the University of Wisconsin Hospital Madison, Wisconsin. Caroline has lived in Namibia, Southern Africa.   Her primary interests include providing preventive care and managing chronic disease conditions.  She joined Crown Medical Center in 2009 and hopes to be able to overcome cultural and linguistic barriers, which have prevented minorities from seeking effective health care services.  

Michael V. DiMucci, NP. Michael DiMucci, a Family Nurse Practitioner has 15 years’ experience providing Medical Services in critical/emergency Care, in-home, and mobile care settings.  Michael began his career over 30 years ago as a Registered Nurse (RN), and later obtained a Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Michael is the founder of Specialized Medical Services Inc., his passion is to provide medical house call services to individuals in their homes and or places of business.
